This website is technically hosted and provided using Netlify.

The contact and test-drive forms are processed using Netlify Forms. Information submitted through these forms may be stored by Netlify and made available to the website operator for the purpose of processing the relevant enquiry. Depending on the configuration, notifications concerning new form submissions may additionally be sent by email.

5. Lynk & CO and external services

Data processing carried out by Lynk & CO, the manufacturer or importer, as well as data processed through their websites, vehicles, connected services, official configurator or Lynk & CO applications, is the responsibility of the companies identified within the respective services.

When you follow a link to the official Lynk & CO configurator or another external Lynk & CO service, you leave this website. Any subsequent processing of personal data is subject to the privacy provisions of the respective service.

6. External videos

YouTube or Vimeo videos are not loaded automatically when a page on this website is opened.

Initially, only a placeholder is displayed. A connection to the respective video provider is established only when you actively click the button to load the video.

At that point, your IP address as well as browser, device and connection information may in particular be transmitted to the respective provider. If you are logged into an account with that provider, the provider may be able to associate your visit with your user account.

Where technically supported, YouTube content is embedded using the youtube-nocookie.com domain.

7. Google Maps and other external links

Google Maps is not directly embedded on this website. The corresponding link opens Google Maps only after you actively click it.

The same generally applies to links to the Lynk & CO configurator and other external websites. The respective external provider is responsible for any subsequent processing of personal data.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We currently do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies on the public part of this website.

In particular, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and comparable tracking or profiling services are currently not activated.

Technically necessary authentication or session data may be used for the protected administration area. These are used for authentication and security of the administration area and not to analyse visitor behaviour or for advertising purposes.
